I stand behind the physical condition being as purchased, but remember it is a 2004 built loco. If you require a warranty, should really buy new from certified dealer, not an individual collector like me. Make an offer.

The box may have some scuffs or flaws from normal household handling, and does shown a slight dent crease, probably stacking.

This loco is mint, as I received it from my Lionel dealer, never out of the box except for picture, kept in a conditioned, nonsmoking environment. You can google for more loco pix and specific operating details.
