This 1990 to 2000 issue Lionel flood light tower is in mint unused original condition undisturbed the packing materials box. This item does not appear to have been used by being on display, handled or even unwrapped so I am grading it c-8. The highest RCA standard I use is equivalent to c-8 or like new. This accessory is a reissue of the Lionel 1957 to 1969 issue 195 floodlight tower.
