Review LIONEL Scarce Carmel Cracker Jack Reefer The White Boarder Mint

Lionel: 9853 super scarce variation of the carmel cracker jack reefer with no white boarder behind word in mint condition its' original box. Please examine the able photos. When Lionel discovered the error they had supplier send new decals with boarder and production resumed there after. This variation was caused by Lionel's' supplier not providing the correct elector-cal to factory initially.
