It is in factory new brand new condition all original and unused. It also comes with an original owner's manual and with a clean and complete, original Mth window box.

The box shows wear on the corners, and there is some residue from an old price sticker in the left corner of the front panel, and there is some marking and wear on the back panel, but otherwise it is a good, whole box.
