I had planned to keep this one new in the box for some time, but unexpected medical bills forces sale. This engine was cataloged in 1997 and was the second of the highly detailed scale sized Hudson's produced by lit.

This engine is very similar to the 700e hudson, but has the newer Cullen disc drivers and has contraction. Shipping weight is 18 pounds. The whistle, chugging and steam sounds, forward, neutral, reverse operation were tested and found to be in excellent operating condition.
It also comes with an alternate scale sized front truck for display or for operation on o 72 radius track shown in on the tender box.
This engine and tender set includes an extra set of blind drive wheels with grooves for rubber tires supplied. It ran forward neutral reverse, the tender chugged, the whistle worked and there was steam sound at start and stop. No broken stanchions on the tender like so many of these have.
