Only produced in 1955 this Lionel 2254W or a 31, the congressional set is in excellent condition. The set comes with the tuscan 2340 with the original box and insert, the 2541 Alexander Hamilton observation car with the box, the 2542 Betsy Ross vista dome with the box, the 2543 William Penn Pullman, and the 2544 molly pitcher car with the box. The set also comes with the original paper and operating book. The engine has been tested and runs smoothly, forward, neutral and reverse.
