This santa fe hopper is silver in color from the catwalks on roof to hatches bottom, with dark blue striping sides of body, and it has perfect lettering, clean, crisp, realistic Ats emblems markings. But otherwise, the silver body is exceptionally nice for a car that 12 years old. The condition of this hopper car is based on appearance only, and I did not test it for operating performance.
It also comes with a clean and complete, original k-line window box that has green merchandising on one end of the box, but otherwise is nice, whole. It is in excellent condition: complete and all original, with brilliant colors crisp markings, clear evidence of having been run.
And, there are the common rub marks at each end of hopper which probably were caused by Styrofoam container. Offered for sale is a hard to find k-line k6244 santa fe aluminum four-bay flow hopper car which was only produced in inches long and it comes with an extruded body, fully sprung die-cast metal trucks, operating couplets, prototypical bay, catwalk hatch details, fast action wheels needle point axles brake wheel.
The silver sides of hopper are almost perfect, with just two faint blemishes and there also small on roof.
