Also, for again this Building being 100% customized, it may have some of its original detail parts missing, repaired, switched out or replaced with non stock ones, but despite any imperfections is very unique.: This is a very Detailed Building that has been customized in such way looks quite nice and realistic it HO Scale Unbranded Even though, I think, closer to Heljan. Measurements: 8 1/8 x 4 3/8 3 approximately.

Condition: This Building has been used, but overall it appears to be in pretty decent shape as I do not see any type of major damaged done But since is totally custom then will say Cosmetically speaking that here or there may show mainly blemishes, chips, scratches, paint light vanishing/falling off the decals, glue, stains, shiny spots.
