Just look at all the great detailing on this building including roof eaves front and back. I've had it on the layout but I m now redoing there, and this nice structure needs a new home requires minimum working 2 of tar paper roof pieces. Cast metal details include a coal bin with simulated, painted load and push broom, 3 overhangs above the doorways really nice wood en doors, ladder extending up to rooftop, pile of crates dust collector alongside the roof peak. Offered for your consideration is this Walthers Cornerstone Quality wood working HO Scale Kit which I assembled,painted and decorated a few years ago.

I will wrap this building nicely for shipping. This is another nice find for somebody who doesn have the time or skillets to build a kit and just wants building quickly install on their layout. This building Willie a wonderful addition to your layout and all the hard work has already Bernadine for you. But I don't pass these costs along to you as handling charges.
