Its nicely painted and weathered. Such facilities were found on the servicing leads near engine houses. The fueling island fits nicely between two tracks. Included are a fuel storage tank, and water pumps, unloading rack, control shack.

In addition, i've included a Titchy oil stand for fueling fired steam locomotives. Its typical of the steam to diesel transition era. Today they can still be found at terminals where locos are serviced between runs and along the right of way crew change inspection points. Overall dimensions are: fuel tank 5 by 2.75 ; fueling island 11 1.75 and offloading rack 1/2 3/4.
