Details:

I had this on my N scale layout and mounted a piece of Strine plastic sheet to keep it level. I only ship to the lower 48 states. Rix grain bins built up from the kit. None of the buildings or railcard are included, I'm just showing what it looks like on my layout.

I do combine shipping. I spread ground material around the base to cover plastic as shown in picture on my layout. I do have other N scale stuff for sale. I'm selling off all of my N scale and switching over to Lionel.
