It was taken out of its Lionel box for the very first time recently, so is truly in mint condition.
One side of car features the NSF railway and commemorates 46th lcca convention, while other burlington northern santa fe railroads. The parts of box car were designed and manufactured by Lionel then assembled decorated according to lcca specifications.
Offered for sale is an uncatalogued and unique lcca burlington northern santa fe box car which was produced the Lionel collectors club of America. The box car is painted in dark green throughout, and it has perfect white lettering, clean, crisp NSF, lcca, Ben santa fe emblems, logos markings.
It comes with die-cast sprung metal trucks, opening doors and operating couplets. The condition of this box car is based on appearance only, and I did not test it for operating performance. It also comes with a brand new, clean and complete, original Lionel window box.
