Offered for sale is an uncommon Lionel conrail standard o bay window caboose which was only produced in this realistic-looking has a black roof, dark blue body, car ends and ladders, perfect white lettering, clean, crisp, authentic logos markings.

However, closer examination reveals that it is missing one of the little black add-on roof details. It also comes with an original owners manual, a tube of liquid smoke fluid, installable scale stack and complete solid, Lionel window box light at each end the caboose, detailed interior die-cast metal sprung trucks. The box shows a little wear on label end flap and some bottom panel, but otherwise it is nice, sturdy.

The condition of this caboose is based on appearance only, and I did not test it for operating performance. Shipping costs: 10. At first glance it appears to be in excellent plus condition: all original, with brilliant colors and crisp markings, clear evidence of having been run, a trace dust under the catwalk.

Otherwise, it is still a fine example of conrail bay window caboose and would certainly make great display piece.
