Details:

Designed to have a through track drive straight from one spur and onto another once loaded. This building is a little unique in its functionality. It is missing the short end piece. It has double steel doors on each end, an incinerator with tall smoke stack, and glass windows all around the first second levels.

Pre owned and sold as is. As far as I can tell all the details parts are present and well attached, except fence near incinerator. Not many buildings easily switch hit like this one can. It has all the components attached to be a nice manufacturing building with railroad access for your industrial complex.

The bottom is open for access if needed.
