Details:

Please examine the pictures for complete condition. I recreated the structure noting two rails that go up near ski shack. Included are the pre-assembled building, disassembled stairs / deck and railing 5 figures. The condition is good, while their obvious wear mark, including a few spots of missing paint on the roof, and external fascia accent trim board above ski shacks door, scratched up windows, some repairs previously done chimney, building solid all there.

The figures do have some light wear marks on them. As for the deck/stairs and railings, all pieces appear to be there. Ski shack 9 Wx11.5 Lx7 Tall.
