Bachmann launched the first mass produced, injection molded plastic structure kits for model railways in 1947. Plasticville USA Suburban Station Kit # 2806-150 with Box. This Suburban Station kit dates back to when Bachmann Bros were still producing the Plasticville line in Philadelphia, USA. See Pictures.

And I don't know if there were ever an instruction sheet for this. The HO scale kits were known for their snap fit assembly which didn't require glue. None of this is visible but while all the major pieces are there several small accessories, such has suitcases, boxes, hand truck and two Plasticville station signs missing. The box is in mint condition but at some point the station was assembled and tacked with glue before being dismantled.
