Details:

The detail, paint, and lettering is all excellent. The plastic coal load is removable.

The brake wheels are still in bags and need to be attached. This is a 2-pack ON30 Bachmann Spectrum, 2-bay steel hoppers painted and lettered in the old east broad top. The Vulcan trucks are plenty wide for on3, and wheel sets can be adjusted to suit.

In fact, it really looks as if were designed on3 and the wheel sets just spaced for ON30. The model's were opened and inspected when I bought them new, have been in box since.
