Details:

It has a double glass door balcony with wrought iron railing. Vollmer N scale 5 1/2 story brown stone apartment building. Very detailed nicely designed and well constructed. The roof has a cool design and features two fireplace chimneys, skylights, crowned exhaust vents.

Pre owned and sold as is. In the rear all four upper floors had a centrally located double glass door balcony. All the windows are clear glass with window treatments. All floors in front has a bay window the of each floor except second.

Each has a wrought iron railing. All four sides of the fifth floor has very ornate trim to accent its unique architecture. The 1/2 top story has double windows looking out the front and rear. It is quite an attractive building obviously designed to add a high visual impact any layout.

The bottom is completely open allowing easy access to make adjustments or re model if you desire.
