Its been kept in a conditioned, nonsmoking environment. This diesel set is mint, as I received it from my Lionel dealer, except that the outer box was opened for these pictures. You can google for more pix and specific operating details.

If you require a warranty, should really buy new from certified dealer, not an individual collector like me. I reserve the right to end unbid offers at any time. The box may have some scuffs or flaws from normal household handling. I stand behind the physical condition being as purchased, but remember it is a 2004 built set.

I have never unwrapped it, much less run it.
