Condition: This building has been used but overall it appears to be in pretty decent shape as I do not see any type of major damaged done for me mention.: This is a Beautiful Build Building that has been painted in such way looks quite nice and realistic this N Scale made by, I think, DPM. Measurements: 3 1/8 x 1 5/8 approximately. Now, since it has been previously owned I will say that cosmetically speaking, here or there may or not show missing parts, scratches, paint chips, stains, shiny spots but despite any imperfections this building have is very unique.
